🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer
The organization is hiring a QA Engineer with 3+ years of software testing experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to General Insurance applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, along with practical knowledge of Selenium, Java, Mobile Testing, and Android Testing.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business and functional requirements for General Insurance applications
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
• Perform Manual and Functional Testing across application workflows
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java
• Perform Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and End-to-End Testing
• Conduct Mobile and Android Application Testing
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects
• Perform defect retesting and verify fixes
• Maintain test cases, test data, execution reports, and QA documentation
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other QA professionals
• Support application releases and production readiness activities
• Improve test coverage through automation and effective test strategies
• Follow established SDLC, STLC, and QA processes
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Experience in Automation Testing
• Practical experience with Selenium
• Good knowledge of Java
• Hands-on exposure to Mobile Testing and Android Testing
• Experience with Test Case Design and Execution
• Strong knowledge of Defect Tracking and Defect Lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with General Insurance applications/domain
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Any educational qualification is considered
