🧩 Role Overview – QA Tester
The selected QA professionals will contribute to both Manual and Automation Testing, with a strong focus on identifying the root cause of issues and helping teams build reliable, high-quality software.
The role requires professionals who enjoy investigating complex issues, thinking critically, and developing effective solutions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual and Automation Testing across software applications
• Analyze requirements and identify comprehensive testing scenarios
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases
• Identify, reproduce, debug, and document software defects
• Investigate the root cause behind application issues
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Integration Testing as required
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve defects
• Validate fixes through effective retesting
• Improve test coverage and contribute to QA process improvements
• Apply creative and critical thinking to challenging testing scenarios
• Communicate testing results, risks, and technical issues effectively
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 5–8 years of relevant QA / Software Testing experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
