Equivalent hands-on experience with modern technologies is also valued, particularly when coupled with professional certifications in testing or automation.
💫 Over 5 years of experience as a QA Lead, driving quality initiatives and leading testing teams.
The role demands proven leadership in planning, designing, and implementing quality strategies for enterprise projects. Experience in stakeholder communication, risk identification, and end-to-end test execution within agile teams is essential. Candidates should have led distributed QA teams and ensured alignment with organizational quality goals.
💫 4+ years of hands-on automation experience using VBScript and Java (Selenium).
