💫 End-to-End Test Strategy Ownership & Quality Leadership
The Test Lead / QA Lead will take complete ownership of defining, driving, and executing enterprise-level quality assurance strategies across complex digital projects. This includes building comprehensive test strategies aligned with business goals, release timelines, and risk profiles. The role requires strong leadership capability to ensure quality is embedded across the SDLC, from requirement analysis to post-production validation. The candidate will act as the quality champion, influencing stakeholders and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple programs.
💫 Test Planning, Estimation & Resource Management
The role involves creating detailed test plans, test schedules, and effort estimations for manual and automated testing activities. The QA Lead will allocate resources effectively, balance workloads, manage dependencies, and ensure optimal utilization of QA teams.
