Sourcing Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse to manage candidate pipelines.
✅ Stakeholder & Communication
Consultative Approach: Ability to manage hiring manager expectations and provide market intelligence.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for global collaboration.
Fast-Paced Delivery: Ability to handle multiple high-priority roles across different time zones.
