🔍 Job Description – Automation Testing Engineer (BIM)
nCircle Tech is a leader in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) and Manufacturing software development. They are looking for an Automation Testing Engineer who doesn't just understand code, but also understands the complexity of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
In this role, you will be at the intersection of civil engineering and software quality. You will be responsible for automating the testing of 3D visualization software, CAD plugins, and complex BIM workflows. Working in a hybrid model from Pune, you will ensure that the software used by architects and engineers worldwide is robust and error-free.
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
✅ Automation Testing Core
1–3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Ranorex, or TestNG.
Experience in writing and maintaining automated test scripts for desktop or web-based CAD applications.
Ability to integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
✅ BIM Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of BIM concepts (LOD levels, clash detection, 4D/5D modeling).
Familiarity with the software development life cycle specific to AEC products.
Ability to translate complex engineering workflows into automated test scenarios.
✨ Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with BIM software like Autodesk Revit or Navisworks.
Scripting knowledge in Python or Java for advanced framework customization.
Previous experience in a product-based software company focusing on 3D engineering.
