🧩 Role Overview – Java Developer (Microservices)
Deqode is hiring experienced Java Developers who are passionate about backend engineering and building scalable microservices-based systems.
In this role, you will design and develop high-performance backend services, APIs, and distributed systems that power enterprise applications.
You will work closely with architects, product teams, and DevOps engineers to build reliable and efficient applications using modern Java frameworks and cloud-ready architectures.
This position is ideal for developers who want to enhance their expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture while working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java & Spring Boot
• Build and maintain Microservices-based architecture
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance systems
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data handling and query performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability of applications
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
• Strong experience with Spring Boot framework
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Understanding of system design and distributed systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
