🧩 Role Overview – QA Lead (Manual + Automation Testing)
Brainvire is hiring an experienced QA Lead to drive quality across the full product lifecycle.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in manual and automation testing who are ready to lead QA strategy, strengthen delivery quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
• Lead QA efforts across multiple projects
• Define and execute test strategy, planning, and coverage
• Ensure high-quality releases across the product lifecycle
You will play a critical role in improving product quality, release stability, and testing efficiency.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across projects
• Define test strategy, test planning, and execution approach
• Perform manual, functional, regression, and automation testing
• Build and maintain automation coverage using Selenium and Playwright
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter
• Review requirements and ensure complete test coverage
• Track, analyze, and manage defects throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
• Drive QA process improvements and best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright
• Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter
• Strong understanding of test planning, strategy, and execution
• Good experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Leadership mindset with attention to detail and ownership
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to API Testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments
• Experience in enterprise or product-based applications
