🧩 Role Overview – QA Automation Tester (Python | Playwright | AI Testing)
Adroit Innovative is conducting a face-to-face hiring drive in Hyderabad for experienced QA Automation Testers.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in automation, Python, Playwright, API testing, and CI/CD tools—high-demand skills in the current QA market.
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain automation frameworks
• Perform API and UI automation testing
• Work on AI-enabled testing workflows and modern QA practices
You will play a critical role in ensuring product stability, automation efficiency, and high-quality releases.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts
• Perform UI automation testing using Playwright and Python
• Execute API testing and validate integrations
• Work with CI/CD tools for automated test execution
• Analyze failures, debug issues, and improve test stability
• Support end-to-end quality assurance for web applications
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Contribute to AI/GenAI-based testing initiatives
• Participate in Agile development and sprint activities
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of releases
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Proficiency in Python and Playwright
• Hands-on experience in API Testing
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• GenAI knowledge or minimum 6 months of experience is required
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to self-healing automation frameworks
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Cloud platform familiarity (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• BDD tools such as Cucumber or Behave
