🧩 Role Overview – Fiserv Testing Professionals (Banking Domain | QA & Automation)
DianApps is hiring experienced Fiserv Testing Professionals with strong knowledge of Fiserv banking products and enterprise financial systems.
This role is ideal for QA professionals who want to build careers in banking technology, fintech testing, automation engineering, and domain-specific quality assurance—high-demand sectors in the IT market.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end testing of banking applications
• Validate critical financial workflows and integrations
• Ensure quality delivery of enterprise banking products
You will play a key role in improving reliability, compliance, and performance of business-critical financial systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end testing of Fiserv banking applications
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Design and maintain detailed test cases and scenarios
• Perform manual and automation testing activities
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects efficiently
• Collaborate closely with developers and business teams
• Validate data accuracy, workflows, and business rules
• Ensure test coverage across releases and enhancements
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and sprint cycles
• Support production readiness and quality sign-offs
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Strong experience in Fiserv banking products (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing
• Strong knowledge of test case design and execution
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA / similar)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• API Testing experience
• SQL / Database validation knowledge
• Core Banking / FinTech domain exposure
• CI/CD pipeline awareness
• Performance testing exposure
