🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Functional | Database | QA Operations)
Aikyam Advaya is hiring skilled Manual Testers for Bangalore and Noida locations to support business-critical software products and enterprise systems.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to strengthen expertise in functional testing, database testing, defect management, and structured QA delivery—high-demand skills in today’s software industry.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end manual testing across applications
• Validate functionality, workflows, and backend data accuracy
• Ensure defect-free releases and quality user experience
You will play a key role in improving application stability, release quality, and customer satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
• Understand requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios & test cases
• Apply test design techniques such as Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning
• Execute test cases and document defects clearly
• Track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Perform database testing using SQL Server queries
• Validate data integrity, reports, and backend workflows
• Prepare clear and concise QA documentation
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams
• Participate in release testing and quality improvement initiatives
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Knowledge of test design techniques (BVA, Equivalence Partitioning, etc.)
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps
• Experience working with SQL Server for database testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create clear and concise test documentation
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• API Testing using Postman or similar tools
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Exposure to automation tools
• Web and mobile testing experience
