🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Enterprise Applications | API | QA Operations)
Benchkart is hiring experienced Manual Testers across Pan-India locations to support enterprise-grade applications and business-critical systems.
This role is ideal for QA professionals looking to grow in manual testing, API validation, enterprise application testing, and data-driven quality assurance—high-demand skills in today’s job market.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end manual testing across applications
• Validate integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Ensure product quality through structured QA processes
You will play a key role in delivering stable releases, accurate business workflows, and improved customer experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, and system testing
• Prepare and validate test data for business scenarios
• Support test design, execution, and reporting activities
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and validate fixes
• Work with APIs, integrations, and backend data flows
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams
• Ensure quality deliverables aligned with release timelines
• Participate in QA planning and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain clear documentation and testing evidence
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong understanding of STLC and QA processes
• Proven hands-on expertise in Manual Testing
• Experience in test data preparation and validation
• Knowledge of log analysis and defect troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar defect management tools
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system data flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
