🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Agile | Web, Mobile & API Testing)
AppSquadz is hiring a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure software quality, performance, and seamless user experience across web and mobile applications.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow in high-demand QA domains like API testing, performance testing, and Agile-based product development—key areas with strong market demand and high CPC value.
In this role, you will:
• Execute end-to-end testing across applications
• Work closely with Agile development teams
• Ensure release readiness and product stability
You will play a key role in improving product quality, reliability, and user satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute test strategies across the SDLC
• Perform manual testing, API testing (Postman), regression, and integration testing
• Identify, track, and manage bugs using Jira
• Ensure product quality, performance, and release readiness
• Collaborate closely with Dev, Product, and DevOps teams
• Validate web and mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms
• Perform performance and load testing where required
• Maintain proper test documentation and reporting
• Support Agile processes and continuous delivery cycles
• Ensure high standards of software quality and reliability
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of manual and API testing concepts
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience in web, mobile, and API testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Self-driven and proactive approach to testing
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with SQL / MySQL for data validation
• Exposure to performance and load testing tools
• Familiarity with automation testing basics
• Understanding of SaaS or cloud-based application testing
