🧩 Role Overview – QA Team Lead (Manual Testing | UI & AI/ML | Remote)
AtDrive Infotech is hiring an experienced QA Team Lead to drive quality assurance for modern web and AI-powered applications.
This role is ideal for QA professionals who have strong hands-on testing expertise and proven team leadership experience in high-demand domains like UI testing, regression testing, UAT, and AI/ML validation.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the QA team and manage end-to-end testing cycles
• Ensure quality across web, UI, and AI-driven features
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support smooth releases
You will play a critical role in improving product quality, testing efficiency, and release readiness.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the QA team and manage end-to-end testing cycles
• Perform UI, functional, and regression testing
• Handle UAT activities and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Test AI-driven features such as chatbots and prediction systems
• Track defects and manage test execution using JIRA
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality releases in an Agile environment
• Prepare test plans, test reports, and QA documentation
• Improve testing processes and quality standards
• Support team mentoring and QA best practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• Minimum 3 years of team handling experience
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing and UI Testing
• Experience in Regression Testing, UAT, and defect management
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Exposure to AI/ML testing is highly preferred
• Good understanding of Agile development practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience testing AI-powered applications and chatbots
• Knowledge of functional test automation basics
• Exposure to product-based or SaaS applications
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery ownership
