🧩 Role Overview – Full Stack Developer (React / Angular | Node.js / Python)
SMT Labs Private Limited is hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to build end-to-end scalable solutions, work on modern application architecture, and contribute to product development in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain full stack applications
• Work across frontend, backend, API, and database layers
• Deliver high-quality features with strong performance and usability
You will play a key role in developing scalable digital products and improving user experience across the platform.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web applications using React or Angular on the frontend
• Build backend services using Node.js or Python
• Design and integrate APIs for seamless system communication
• Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes
• Contribute to product improvements and technical discussions
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience in frontend and backend technologies
• Experience in API integrations and database management
• Good understanding of UI/UX basics and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and ownership mindset
