🧩 Role Overview – QA Team Lead (Manual Testing | UI | AI/ML Applications)
AtDrive Infotech is hiring an experienced QA Team Lead to drive quality assurance across modern web and AI-powered applications.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals who want to combine manual testing expertise, people management, and next-generation AI product testing—high-value skills in today’s technology market.
In this role, you will:
• Lead end-to-end QA cycles across products
• Manage testing strategy for UI and AI-driven systems
• Ensure stable, high-quality releases in Agile teams
You will play a key role in improving product quality, delivery velocity, and customer satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the QA team and manage complete testing lifecycles
• Perform UI, Functional, Regression, and Manual Testing
• Plan and execute end-to-end test strategies
• Handle UAT activities and coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Test AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and prediction systems
• Manage defects, priorities, and reporting using JIRA
• Ensure release readiness and production quality standards
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements for quality, speed, and efficiency
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Minimum 3 years of team handling / leadership experience
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing and UI Testing
• Experience in Functional, Regression, and UAT Testing
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools
• Exposure to AI / ML application testing preferred
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience testing chatbots, analytics platforms, or AI workflows
• Exposure to automation testing tools
• SaaS / Product company experience
• Remote team management experience
