🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Agile | Enterprise Applications)
We are hiring an experienced Manual Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of enterprise-grade applications.
This role is ideal for QA professionals looking to work on large-scale systems, collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, and build expertise in high-demand testing domains.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end manual testing across applications
• Validate system functionality and business requirements
• Ensure high-quality releases and seamless user experience
You will play a critical role in delivering reliable, bug-free applications by ensuring strong QA practices across the SDLC.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases and scenarios
• Execute test cases and ensure complete test coverage
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/Bugzilla
• Perform SQL queries for backend/data validation
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
• Prepare test reports and documentation
• Validate application workflows and user journeys
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression & Integration Testing
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA/Bugzilla)
• Good knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on quality
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium or similar)
• Experience in API Testing (Postman/Swagger)
• Knowledge of performance testing basics
• Experience in enterprise or product-based applications
