🧩 Role Overview – QA Engineer (Manual Testing | Functional | Regression | UAT)
Treyansh is hiring an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing to ensure seamless product quality and stable releases.
This role is ideal for professionals looking to build expertise in functional testing, regression testing, UAT support, and enterprise application quality assurance—high-value skills in today’s software market.
In this role, you will:
• Perform end-to-end manual testing across applications
• Work closely with product, development, and business teams
• Ensure defect-free releases and strong user experience
You will play a key role in improving product reliability, test coverage, and release readiness.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support
• Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios & test cases
• Execute test cases and document defects clearly
• Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing cycles
• Prepare test plans, strategies, and test data
• Ensure complete testing coverage across applications
• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA / Bugzilla / Azure DevOps
• Work closely with developers for faster issue resolution
• Support UAT cycles and production validation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in QA / Manual Testing
• Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps)
• Experience in web and/or mobile application testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to API Testing (Postman / Swagger)
• Basic SQL knowledge for backend data validation
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Domain experience in FinTech / E-commerce / SaaS
