🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester (Data Validation | ERP & Web Testing)
ERP Fusion Tech is hiring Manual Testers to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and data-driven systems.
This role is ideal for QA professionals with strong SQL skills, data validation experience, and expertise in testing web interfaces and reporting systems—high CPC areas in the QA job market.
In this role, you will:
• Perform manual testing across enterprise applications
• Validate data accuracy and reporting systems
• Ensure high-quality delivery and system reliability
You will play a key role in maintaining application quality and improving testing processes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain test scripts for functional and performance testing
• Perform testing on web interfaces, data loads, and reporting systems
• Validate backend data using SQL and querying tools (Toad or similar)
• Define, track, and report meaningful test metrics
• Identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Collaborate with development and QA teams
• Contribute to quality control and system reliability programs
• Guide and support junior QA team members
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data validation
• Participate in continuous QA process improvements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong SQL and querying skills (Toad or similar tools)
• Experience in testing web interfaces and data-driven applications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio & Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Experience in functional and performance testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Experience in ERP systems or enterprise applications
• Exposure to automation testing basics
• Knowledge of API testing tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
