🔎 What You’ll Be Working On:
• Provide domain expertise across complex Windchill and PLM projects
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Participate in solution design and support solution architects
• Lead or participate in specification and requirements workshops
• Support business process design and implementation
• Work across manufacturing and engineering processes and related enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and system issues during deployment
• Support organizational change management and end-user adoption
• Prepare training plans, documentation, and deliver training sessions
• Document system configuration and solution architecture
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Perform functional and integration testing
• Track project progress, risks, and issues
• Analyze existing solutions and recommend enhancements
• Support feasibility studies and process design reviews
• Coach workstream teams and support project leadership when required

• 4+ years of professional experience with PTC Windchill or other PTC products
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience within manufacturing environments
