🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
👉 Create and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
👉 Perform functional, integration, regression, system, performance and UAT testing across enterprise applications.
👉 Identify, document and track defects through resolution using Jira and related QA tools.
👉 Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects and releases.
👉 Prepare test evidence and documentation for audit, compliance and change-management requirements.
👉 Support application implementations, upgrades and production releases.
👉 Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and IT application teams to resolve system issues.
👉 Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows and functional documentation when required.
📌 Who Can Apply?
🎓 College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
💼 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or QA Analyst.
🌐 Experience supporting software implementations in cloud, hosted or on-premise environments.
🧪 Hands-on knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC and Agile practices.
⭐ Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, TestRail or Octane is valuable.
⭐ Oracle Fusion knowledge across areas such as GL, AR, AP, PPM, SCM, Core HR, Talent, Recruitment or Absence is an advantage.
🏆 ISTQB, ECBA or Oracle Fusion certification is a plus.
