🧩 Role Overview – Manual QA Tester
PixelStack is hiring a Manual QA Tester with 2–6 years of experience for a part-time remote opportunity.
The selected candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, validating application functionality, identifying defects, and supporting software quality throughout the testing lifecycle.
This role is well suited for experienced QA professionals looking for a flexible remote testing opportunity.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Execute assigned manual test cases accurately and consistently
• Perform Functional Testing to validate application requirements
• Conduct Smoke Testing for new builds and releases
• Perform Regression Testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable
• Identify and document software defects with clear reproduction steps
• Report bugs and provide relevant testing evidence
• Retest resolved defects and verify fixes
• Analyze application behavior and identify functional issues
• Maintain accurate testing and defect documentation
• Collaborate with development and project teams to support defect resolution
• Contribute to maintaining overall product quality and release readiness
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 2–6 years of experience in Manual Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Strong hands-on experience with Manual Testing
• Experience in Test Case Execution
• Good understanding of Functional Testing
• Practical experience with Smoke Testing
• Strong Regression Testing knowledge
• Experience in Bug Reporting and Defect Tracking
• Good analytical and observation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
