🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 Software Test Automation & QA Expertise
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Python/Java and open-source frameworks. Build and enhance test automation frameworks to ensure defect-free, high-quality solutions. Execute automated and manual tests, identify defects, retest, and provide daily QA reporting.
💫 ETL & Data Migration Testing
Validate data migration and transformations across GCP/Azure cloud environments. Ensure data integrity, completeness, and consistency using advanced SQL queries. Participate in data quality audits and troubleshooting complex datasets.
💫 Cross-functional Collaboration & Delivery
Collaborate with client stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end QA solutions. Provide input on project estimations, automation code reviews, and technical presentations.
Ensure adherence to client guidelines, documentation, and continuous knowledge management.
💫 Analytical & Reporting Skills
Leverage analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities to support QA activities. Exposure to Power BI/Qlik testing is a strong advantage. Maintain quality metrics, reporting dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
💫 Knowledge of multiple automation scripting technologies and frameworks.
💫 Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
💫 Awareness of latest QA/testing trends and technologies.
💫 Ability to work in Agile/SDLC environments with strong technical proficiency.
