🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 Enterprise-Scale Manual Testing Ownership
This role requires deep hands-on expertise in manual testing for complex enterprise applications, with strong ownership of quality across end-to-end business workflows.
You will be responsible for validating functional behavior, regression stability, and release readiness across multiple environments in an Agile setup.
The ideal candidate brings a quality-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks early in the SDLC to prevent production issues.
💫 Test Case Design, Execution & Defect Management
You will design and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test execution plans mapped to business requirements. Responsibilities include executing manual test cycles, documenting results, tracking defects, performing retesting, and ensuring proper closure using Jira or similar tools. Strong experience in requirement analysis, traceability, and defect lifecycle management is mandatory.
💫 API Testing & Backend Validation
The role involves hands-on API testing using Postman and Curl, validating request/response structures, status codes, payload accuracy, and error handling. You will also perform SQL-based backend validation to ensure data integrity, correctness, and consistency across systems. Understanding of system integrations and E2E data flows is critical for success in this role.
💫 Agile QA Practices & Collaboration
You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaboration with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and QA peers is a key part of ensuring high-quality releases. Strong knowledge of Agile QA best practices, ISTQB fundamentals, and structured testing methodologies is expected.
💫 Regulated & Large-Scale Program Exposure (Value Add)
Experience in GxP-regulated environments, SAFe Agile frameworks, E2E testing, or working with global enterprises (including Roche projects) is a strong advantage. Multilingual skills (German or Polish) are considered a plus for cross-regional collaboration.

💫 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
💫 Expertise in test case creation, execution, and defect reporting
💫 Strong working knowledge of Jira and QA documentation standards
💫 Hands-on API testing using Postman / Curl
💫 Solid SQL skills for backend and data validation
💫 ISTQB certification or strong theoretical QA foundation
💫 Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
💫 Exposure to GxP, SAFe, E2E testing, or regulated domains (preferred)
💫 Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
