🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 End-to-End QA Testing Expertise
The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery across web and mobile applications. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
Creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
Performing regression testing to validate bug fixes and new features.
Identifying, recording, and tracking defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and product teams to maintain quality standards.
Reporting detailed test results and providing actionable suggestions for improvements.
💫 Manual & Automation Testing
Hands-on experience in manual testing across functional, integration, system, and UI layers.
Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium and Postman is a plus.
Ability to design reusable test scripts and perform regression automation.
Contribute to process improvements for testing and quality assurance.
💫 Software Testing & SDLC Knowledge
Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
Ability to analyze business requirements and write detailed test scenarios.
Familiarity with bug lifecycle, defect reporting, and root cause analysis.
💫 Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, execution, and results.
Strong communication skills to convey QA findings and risks effectively.
🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
💫 2+ years of experience in Software QA (Manual & Automation).
💫 Knowledge of bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
💫 Basic understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Postman, etc.).
💫 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
💫 Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
💫 Gaming industry experience is a plus.
