🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 End-to-End IoT Testing Across Devices, Cloud & Data Streams
The role demands extensive hands-on experience in testing IoT ecosystems — covering device-to-cloud flows, sensor-driven events, messaging pipelines, telemetry data validation, and real-time interaction patterns.
You will test hardware-to-cloud integrations, validate firmware behavior, analyze connectivity paths, and monitor device-state transitions.
Key expectations include analyzing incoming telemetry, verifying ingestion at cloud endpoints, validating downstream transformations, and ensuring seamless communication across IoT hubs, protocols, and services.
Strong experience in working with Azure IoT services, event-driven architectures, and device shadow/state models is highly beneficial.

This includes writing test scenarios, performing exploratory testing, validating edge cases, and ensuring business rules are followed across integrated systems.
A strong understanding of Agile workflows, user story analysis, sprint processes, and impact-based testing is essential.
You will be responsible for defect logging, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), regression test planning, and cross-functional collaboration with developers, SMEs, and product owners.
💫 Automation Using Cypress, Jest & API Automation with Newman
The role includes contributing to the automation suite using modern frameworks such as:
