🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 Backend & Middleware Development Expertise
You will design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend systems with a focus on low latency, multithreading, and scalable architectures. The role requires hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise middleware frameworks.
💫 Low Latency Programming & Performance Optimization
Strong expertise in profiling, performance tuning, and optimization is mandatory to support enterprise-grade applications that handle high traffic and low-latency requirements.
💫 Microservices & Spring Boot Development
Design, implement, and maintain microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks. Responsibilities include API design, integration with distributed systems, and implementation of secure, reliable service-to-service communication.
💫 Mentorship & Team Collaboration
As a senior developer, you will mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
💫 Middleware & Enterprise Integration
Hands-on experience with middleware solutions is required to enable robust communication between enterprise systems.
