🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:

💫 End-to-End IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing complete recruitment life cycles across Contract Staffing and Full-Time (FTE) hiring models. This includes requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support for IT professionals across multiple technologies and domains. You will actively work with internal delivery teams and corporate clients to understand technical requirements, hiring urgency, and role expectations—ensuring high-quality candidate submissions and faster closures.

💫 Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Engagement

This role demands strong expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels including job portals, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and social hiring platforms.

You will screen resumes, evaluate technical and behavioral fit, conduct preliminary assessments, and maintain continuous candidate engagement throughout the hiring process. Strong stakeholder communication and candidate experience management are critical success factors.

💫 Interview Coordination & Offer Management

The recruiter will coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling, feedback collection, follow-ups, and post-interview communication. You will manage offer rollouts, negotiation support, joining confirmations, and post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts—especially for immediate joiners and high-demand IT roles.

💫 Recruitment Metrics, Tracking & Reporting

You will maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and performance metrics related to sourcing efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), pipeline strength, and closure ratios. A strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, ATS usage, and process compliance is essential to succeed in this role.

💫 Client-Focused Hiring & Delivery Alignment

The position requires close collaboration with account managers, delivery heads, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business expectations and candidate quality. You will contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, sourcing models, and hiring workflows to support high-volume and niche IT hiring needs.

🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

💫 1–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, Contract Staffing, or FTE Hiring

💫 Strong exposure to technical hiring across IT skills and technologies
