🔍 Job Description – QA Manual Tester
MetaDesign Solutions is hiring QA Manual Testers with strong experience in Web and Mobile application testing. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in Agile environments and are available to join immediately. Candidates must be ready to complete a mandatory assessment as part of the hiring process.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, user stories & functional specifications
Design and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
Perform Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Regression & UAT testing
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or Bugzilla
Collaborate closely with developers to identify, reproduce & resolve defects
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Prepare test reports and share quality metrics with stakeholders
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Manual Testing (Web & Mobile)
Strong understanding of STLC & SDLC
Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum environments
Excellent analytical, communication & documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
⭐ Good to Have Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL & API testing (Postman)
Exposure to Selenium or Appium
ISTQB Certification (preferred)
