🔧 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities
💫 HR Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Manage job postings across job portals, social platforms, and internal referrals
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication
💫 HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR trackers
Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Assist with HR policies, compliance, and internal audits
💫 Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Address employee queries related to HR processes
Ensure smooth coordination across departments
🧠 Skills & Professional Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
