🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 QA Leadership for Large-Scale E-Commerce Platforms
As a QA Lead – E-Commerce, you will take ownership of quality assurance across high-traffic web and mobile e-commerce applications. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure seamless customer journeys, stable releases, and defect-free production deployments. You will lead testing initiatives covering: Product listing & catalog management, Cart, checkout, and payment workflows, Order management & fulfillment, User accounts, promotions, and pricing rules, Mobile and responsive web experiences, Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction, revenue protection, and platform reliability.
💫 End-to-End Test Strategy, Planning & Execution Ownership
You will be responsible for defining and executing end-to-end QA strategy, including:
Test planning and estimation, Manual and automated test coverage, Regression, integration, and UAT cycles, Release sign-off and quality gates, The role requires strong expertise in defect lifecycle management, risk identification, and proactive quality improvement across sprints and releases.
💫 Automation Strategy & Continuous Quality Improvement
A core responsibility of this role is driving automation initiatives to improve test efficiency and release velocity.
You will: Identify high-value automation scenarios , Guide automation framework usage and enhancements, Ensure automation suites are CI/CD-ready, Balance manual exploratory testing with automation coverage, Experience with modern automation tools, frameworks, and Agile delivery models is essential for success in this role.
💫 Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
You will work closely with: Product Managers , Engineering Leads, Business Stakeholders
Responsibilities include participating in requirement discussions, clarifying acceptance criteria, facilitating defect triage, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
Strong communication and leadership skills are critical to influence quality across teams in a remote, distributed environment.

💫 Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer
💫 Strong domain expertise in E-Commerce platforms
💫 Hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing
💫 Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile & Scrum

💫 Ability to drive automation adoption and best practices
