💫 QA Automation Engineering & Quality Ownership

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery by designing, developing, and executing robust automated test solutions. You will be responsible for validating application stability, functionality, and performance across releases while ensuring automation best practices are followed consistently.

💫 Automation Frameworks & Tool Expertise

The role requires strong hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks and testing tools. You will contribute to enhancing automation coverage, improving execution efficiency, and maintaining scalable, reusable automation components that align with evolving product requirements.

💫 SDLC, STLC & Testing Fundamentals

You will actively participate across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This includes requirement analysis, test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and regression validation to ensure seamless releases.

💫 Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to identify risks early, resolve defects efficiently, and maintain transparency around quality metrics. Strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this collaborative environment.

💫 Continuous Quality Improvement

You will help drive continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to testing processes, automation strategies, and quality standards—ensuring long-term product stability and scalability.
