💫 Salesforce QA Strategy & Quality Ownership

As a Salesforce QA Lead, you will take complete ownership of end-to-end QA strategy for enterprise Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. You will ensure high-quality releases by embedding robust testing practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle.

💫 Functional, Integration, Regression & UAT Testing

You will be responsible for planning and executing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across complex Salesforce ecosystems. This includes validating workflows, automations, integrations, and customizations to ensure seamless business operations and zero production leakage.

💫 QA Team Leadership & Mentorship

This role requires strong leadership capabilities. You will mentor, guide, and manage QA engineers, ensuring best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping QA maturity and building high-performing Salesforce QA teams.

💫 Automation & API Testing Enablement

You will drive automation initiatives using Selenium, Playwright, and API testing frameworks, defining automation scope, improving regression coverage, and accelerating release cycles. Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines is highly valuable.

💫 Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration

You will work closely with product owners, Salesforce developers, architects, and business stakeholders, providing clear quality insights, release readiness reports, and risk assessments. Strong communication and leadership presence are critical to succeed in this role.
