🔍 Role Overview: The Architect of Payment Flows
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between complex payment regulations and technical execution. This role is designed for a domain veteran who understands the "plumbing" of a transaction—from the moment a card is swiped at a POS terminal to the final settlement on the network.
You will lead the elicitation and documentation of requirements for mission-critical systems including ATM Switching, CIMS, and Merchant Management Systems. Your deep understanding of ISO 8583 and Interchange Clearing will ensure that Euronet stays ahead in the rapidly evolving VISA/Mastercard ecosystem.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Domain Expertise
✅ Payment Channel Mastery
ATM & POS: Lead requirements for ATM Switching and National Payment Switches.
Card Lifecycle: Mandatory experience in Debit, Credit, and Prepaid card issuance and management.
Network Liaison: Extensive work with VISA, Mastercard (MC), and CUP networks.
✅ Technical & Functional Documentation
Agile Assets: Document high-level Epics, detailed User Stories, and Functional/Technical Specifications.
System Design: Conduct GAP Assessments and design functional solutions for complex payment flows.
Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to ISO 8583 standards and HSM (Hardware Security Module) protocols.
✅ Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Scrum Leadership: Participate in and drive daily scrum meetings and scope reviews.
Testing Support: Assist QA teams in writing high-coverage test cases and verifying execution.
Mentorship: Coach junior BAs on the nuances of Issuing/Acquiring and Merchant Settlement.
