🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 Manual Testing & Quality Assurance Ownership
As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of large-scale product-based applications. You will actively participate in requirement analysis, test design, and execution to ensure business-critical features are delivered with high quality and minimal defects.
💫 Requirement Analysis & Test Case Design
You will review functional specifications, business requirements, and user stories to identify test scenarios and edge cases. Writing clear, detailed, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios will be a core responsibility, ensuring maximum functional coverage across modules.
💫 Functional, Regression & System Testing
The role requires strong hands-on experience executing functional testing, regression testing, and system testing. You will validate end-to-end workflows and ensure application behavior meets both business and technical expectations in a fast-paced delivery environment.
💫 Database & SQL Validation
You will perform backend data validation using SQL, verifying data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. Database testing is a critical component of this role, especially for validating complex business logic and reporting accuracy.
💫 Defect Management & Stakeholder Communication
You will identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will coordinate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
💫 Independent & Delivery-Focused Execution
This role requires a self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while meeting delivery timelines. You will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership of assigned tasks in a delivery-focused product environment.
🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
💫 1–5 years of experience in Manual Testing or QA roles.
💫 First-class degree or equivalent practical experience in testing or analysis roles.
💫 Strong experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
💫 Solid database and SQL knowledge (mandatory).
💫 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
💫 Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
💫 Strong written and oral communication skills with confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
💫 Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a product-based, delivery-driven environment.
