NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta with a major presence in Melbourne, is looking for a specialist to join their QA team. This isn't just a standard software role; you will be testing the physical-digital bridge of banking. You’ll ensure that when a customer swipes a card or withdraws cash, the software performs with 100% reliability and security.

You will conduct end-to-end testing on NCR’s ATM hardware-software interactions, validating complex business requirements against real-world use cases. From cash dispensing logic to receipt printing and secure transaction protocols, your work directly impacts the financial access of millions across Australia.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ QA Methodology & Tools

3+ years of software testing experience (Financial or ATM domain preferred).

Proficiency in JIRA, TestRail, and defect tracking workflows.

Strong background in Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.

✅ Domain-Specific Knowledge

Familiarity with ATM hardware components (Card Readers, Dispensers, EPPs).

Deep understanding of EMV (Chip) and PCI-DSS (Security) standards.

Knowledge of secure transaction protocols and financial messaging.

✅ Soft Skills & Environment

Analytical problem-solving for troubleshooting complex hardware-software mismatches.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
