PayPay India is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join its second global development center in Gurugram. This role is critical for enhancing payment systems that handle millions of transactions daily. You will be responsible for the end-to-end quality of PayPay’s diverse product suite, collaborating with teams from over 50 countries.
As part of the PayPay India team, you will embrace a "Day 1" mindset—focusing on speed, innovation, and user-first reliability. You will work from the WeWork Forum in DLF Cyber City, helping to establish a strong core team in India while working on a product that has revolutionized cashless payments in Japan.
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
✅ Testing Methodology & Management 4–8 years of experience in QA Engineering or leading QA initiatives.
Deep understanding of Manual Testing processes, including scenario development and test data preparation.
Expertise in tools like TestRail, ALM, or QA Symphony for test case management.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall development cycles.
✅ Automation & Framework Development Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in running and maintaining automated suites.
Proficiency in Appium (Mobile), Selenium (Web), or Rest-Assured/unirest (API).
Ability to develop frameworks using Java or C#.
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bitrise.
✅ Backend & Database Validation Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for backend and data integrity testing.
