🧩 Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive test strategy outlining the overall approach to testing software applications
Create standardized test plans to provide structured and consistent testing execution
Manage the testing team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to improve productivity and skills
Review test cases, test scripts, and test data to ensure quality and adherence to strategy
Consolidate and analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test reports
Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional testing services to clients
Formulate and present testing proposals based on research and domain expertise
🎯 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of experience in test strategy development and management
Strong proficiency in test planning and test strategy
Knowledge of test automation tools and methods with practical application
Proficiency in test case development
Experience managing software defects and defect tracking tools
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate testing risks
Proficiency in performance testing techniques and tools
Familiarity with Project Management and Agile methodologies

💵 Compensation & Benefits
