This is a strategic quality leadership role, working closely with the QA Head, ensuring enterprise-grade quality delivery across large-scale SAFe programs, global Scrum teams, and high-impact digital platforms.

This position is ideal for senior QA professionals who want to transition from hands-on testing into quality governance, risk management, and QA strategy execution, while still having the ability to step in during critical release or escalation scenarios.

🧭 Key Responsibilities & Leadership Scope

🧩 QA Strategy, Governance & Delivery Excellence

Partner with the QA Head to define, refine, and enforce QA strategies, standards, and best practices

Act as the primary QA leadership backup, ensuring coverage across US, Europe, and India time zones

Drive quality gates, release readiness, and regression defense across multiple streams

Identify quality risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies

🧪 Testing Ownership & Process Excellence

Design and maintain enterprise-level test strategies and test plans

Own functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing

Establish Requirements Analysis and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, and cross-functional resolution

🔧 Tools, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Administer Test Management and Bug Tracking tools

Develop QA dashboards, KPIs, and quality metrics
