🧩 Role Overview – SDET Professionals (Automation Testing | Quality Engineering)
Quest Hiring is hiring experienced SDET II and SDET III professionals for high-impact engineering roles.
These opportunities are ideal for automation-focused QA engineers who want to work on scalable test solutions, collaborate with development teams, and contribute to release quality in Agile environments.
In this role, you will:
• Design and develop automation frameworks
• Work closely with dev teams for debugging and quality assurance
• Ensure high-quality and stable product releases
You will play a key role in building robust automation coverage and improving software quality across the product lifecycle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks
• Execute automation testing across functional, regression, and integration cycles
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Collaborate with development teams for issue debugging and resolution
• Participate in Agile sprints and release planning
• Maintain reusable test suites and improve framework efficiency
• Support defect tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Ensure quality gates are met before releases
• Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes
• Work on high-quality test engineering practices
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Proficiency in Java or Python
• Experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or Pytest
• API Testing experience using Postman
• Good understanding of Agile methodology
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience in framework development is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Experience in product-based environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing setups
• Experience with performance or contract testing
