🧩 Role Overview – QA Analyst (Manual Testing)
Polluxa is hiring a skilled QA Analyst with strong experience in Manual Testing to join its remote quality engineering team.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to work on web and mobile products, strengthen functional testing expertise, and contribute to high-quality software releases from a Work From Home setup.
In this role, you will:
• Ensure product quality through structured manual testing
• Validate web and mobile applications across releases
• Work closely with development teams to improve user experience
You will play a key role in delivering stable and bug-free software products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Perform Manual Testing across web and mobile applications
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Manage defect lifecycle from identification to closure
• Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Usability Testing
• Perform basic API testing and response validation
• Collaborate with developers and product teams for issue resolution
• Ensure requirement traceability and test coverage
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and QA discussions
• Maintain testing reports and documentation
• Support release validation and production readiness
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA
• Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management
• Experience in Web & Mobile Application Testing
• Basic API Testing knowledge
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Exposure to Automation basics (Selenium is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in remote environments
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Hands-on Selenium automation exposure
• Jira / Azure DevOps / Bugzilla experience
• SQL knowledge for backend validation
• Agile / Scrum team experience
