🧩 Role Overview – Cloud Security Engineer
TEKsystems is hiring an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to support deployment and operationalization of CNAPP services across multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong cloud security expertise who enjoy working with engineering, DevOps, SOC, and architecture teams to improve enterprise cloud posture.
In this role, you will:
• Strengthen security across multi-cloud platforms
• Implement automated cloud security controls and guardrails
• Drive secure and scalable cloud operations
You will play a key role in protecting enterprise environments through proactive monitoring, automation, and security governance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Deploy and operationalize CNAPP security solutions across cloud platforms
• Implement security guardrails and governance controls across Azure environments
• Review cloud security findings and optimize detections
• Support DevOps and IaC security implementations using Terraform
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines
• Create cloud security dashboards, reports, and risk summaries
• Use Python scripting for automation and reporting tasks
• Perform cloud risk assessments and remediation planning
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, cloud, and SOC teams
• Ensure compliance with enterprise cloud security standards
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Security / Cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on experience with CNAPP / CSPM platforms
• Experience with tools like Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca, or CrowdStrike
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP security controls
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Python scripting for automation/reporting
• Strong risk assessment and remediation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Cloud Security Certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP / CISSP / CCSP)
• Kubernetes / Container Security knowledge
• SIEM / SOC integration experience
• Compliance exposure (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS)
• Threat detection engineering experience
