🧩 Role Overview – Manual Tester
APIDEL Technologies is hiring an experienced Manual Tester to support quality assurance activities across web, mobile, desktop, and front-end applications.
This role is ideal for testing professionals who have strong expertise in functional testing, UI validation, defect tracking, and ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will:
• Execute comprehensive manual testing activities
• Validate application functionality and usability
• Ensure defect-free releases across platforms
You will work closely with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality software delivery standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform Functional Testing across web, desktop, and mobile applications
• Conduct UI Testing to ensure optimal user experience and interface consistency
• Validate front-end functionality and application workflows
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
• Perform Regression Testing before production releases
• Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution and retesting
• Prepare testing reports and quality status updates
• Participate in requirement analysis and test planning activities
• Ensure software quality and adherence to business requirements
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing
• Experience testing Websites and Mobile Applications
• Experience in Desktop Application Testing
• Strong understanding of Front-End and UI Testing
• Good experience in Bug Reporting and Defect Tracking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative Agile environments
⭐ Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to API Testing
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation
• Mobile application usability testing experience
• Familiarity with test management tools
