🧩 Role Overview – Workday Consultant
TCS is conducting an in-person walk-in drive for experienced professionals in Workday.
This role is ideal for candidates who have strong exposure to enterprise HR and business applications and want to work in a dynamic, large-scale technology environment.
In this role, you will:
• Work on Workday platform-related initiatives
• Support enterprise business processes and application workflows
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery, system stability, and business process efficiency.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Configure, support, and validate Workday-related processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support enterprise application implementation and enhancement activities
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Assist in issue resolution, testing, and release readiness
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in system workflows
• Participate in design discussions and support documentation activities

🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

• Experience in support, implementation, or consulting projects
