• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for payment processing applications
• Validate end-to-end payment workflows across banking systems
• Create and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Verify ISO20022, XML, MT, and MX payment message formats
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and business process testing
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Ensure business requirements are accurately implemented and validated
• Support release validation and production readiness activities
• Provide testing status updates, quality metrics, and risk assessments
🎯 Experience & Qualification Requirements
• 3–5 years of Software Testing experience
• Proven experience in Payments Processing Testing
• Strong knowledge of ISO20022 standards and XML message validation
• Hands-on experience with MT and MX payment message formats
• Deep understanding of End-to-End (E2E) payment workflows
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain testing
• ISTQB Certification preferred
• Agile Certification or Agile project experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
