💫 Business Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Interaction
The Junior Business Analyst will actively interact with internal and external business users, including doctors, healthcare professionals, and operational stakeholders, to understand real-world business needs. This role requires the ability to ask the right questions, capture requirements accurately, and ensure business expectations are clearly understood before solution design begins. Exposure to healthcare workflows adds valuable domain depth and long-term career relevance.
💫 Business & Functional Documentation (BRDs, User Stories)
You will be responsible for documenting business requirements and functional expectations in structured formats such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Attention to detail is critical to ensure clarity, traceability, and alignment between business goals and technical implementation. Clear documentation helps minimize rework and ensures smooth project execution.
💫 Requirement Translation for Design, Development & QA Teams
A key responsibility of this role is translating business requirements into actionable inputs for UI/UX designers, development teams, and QA testers. You will act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented accurately across the delivery lifecycle.
💫 Coordination with Design Agencies & Engineering Teams
The Junior Business Analyst will coordinate closely with external design agencies and internal engineering teams to align design outputs with business expectations. This includes reviewing wireframes, validating workflows, and ensuring that designs and features meet documented requirements before development progresses.
💫 Sprint Support, Requirement Clarifications & UAT Assistance
You will support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification sessions. During User Acceptance Testing (UAT), you will assist in validating delivered features against business requirements, supporting defect clarification, and ensuring final deliverables meet stakeholder expectations before release.
💫 Quality Alignment & Requirement Traceability
Ensuring that the delivered solution matches documented requirements is a core responsibility. You will maintain requirement traceability, support change management, and help confirm that final implementations align with agreed business outcomes, reducing business risk and improving delivery confidence.
