🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:

💫 Customer Support & Communication Skills

Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to understand and converse in Hindi is essential. Effective telephone etiquette, attentiveness, and a customer-first approach are required to provide superior service to clients.

💫 Process & Operations Understanding

Responsible for handling queries, guiding customers, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records. Ability to follow process workflows, adhere to company standards, and demonstrate logical decision-making under pressure.

💫 Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities

Candidates should possess strong numerical skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking to address customer issues efficiently. This includes identifying trends, understanding customer pain points, and escalating issues when required.

💫 Team Collaboration & Professionalism

Work collaboratively with operations teams, supervisors, and other customer support staff to meet SLA targets and deliver quality service. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability in day-to-day responsibilities.

💫 Interview & Selection Process

HR Round: Assess communication, personality, and cultural fit.

Operations Round: Evaluate process knowledge, decision-making, and practical handling of customer queries.

💫 Shift & Work Timings

Shifts will be assigned as per process requirements and may include day or night shifts. Flexibility and adherence to shift schedules are essential.

💫 Graduate candidates (mark sheets required).

💫 Candidates with 6 months+ experience in BPO/CSA roles must provide offer letters, experience letters, and last 3 months’ payslips.
