🔍 Essential Skillset & Responsibilities:
💫 End-to-End QA Strategy Ownership for US Client Programs
As a QA Lead, you will drive the entire E2E quality strategy across integrated Web, Mobile, and API platforms for a US-based enterprise customer.
This role demands strong leadership in defining quality gates, release certifications, and testing standards across distributed systems.
💫 Cross-Platform Testing Leadership (Web, Mobile & API)
You will lead complex cross-platform testing initiatives, validating seamless functionality across frontend applications, backend services, and third-party integrations. Hands-on expertise in API testing using Postman and SoapUI is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of integration flows and data consistency.
💫 Release Certification, Defect Governance & RCA
This role owns release sign-off and certification, ensuring all quality benchmarks are met before production deployment. You will manage defect lifecycle end-to-end, including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis (RCA), and coordination with engineering teams.
💫 Exploratory Testing, Usability & Risk-Based Testing
You will design and execute exploratory and usability testing strategies to uncover hidden risks, edge cases, and user experience issues that traditional test cases may miss. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential to anticipate production-impacting scenarios.
💫 AI/ML-Driven Testing & Quality Innovation
The QA Lead will contribute to modern QA transformation initiatives, including the integration of AI/ML-driven testing tools, intelligent test optimization, and smarter regression strategies. You will guide teams toward scalable, future-ready QA practices.
💫 Mentorship, Coaching & QA Best Practices
You will mentor QA engineers on E2E test design, test strategy, and quality best practices, ensuring consistent standards across teams. This includes reviewing test artifacts, closing skill gaps, and fostering a quality-first culture.
🔍 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
💫 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with 3+ years in a QA Lead / Senior QA role
💫 Strong expertise in Web, Mobile, and API testing
💫 Hands-on experience with Postman, SoapUI, Jira, and Git
💫 Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC & STLC
💫 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
💫 Experience owning release certification and quality gates
💫 Exposure to AI-based automation, performance testing (Nice to Have)
💫 Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (Nice to Have)
