💫 Strategic QA Leadership & Team Management
The QA Manager will lead the complete Quality Assurance function, taking ownership of test planning, execution, reporting, and delivery assurance across multiple projects. The role requires managing QA engineers, assigning tasks, overseeing productivity, and mentoring teams to maintain high-quality standards. A strong ability to manage resources, review work output, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement is essential.
