🎯 Key Responsibilities – Senior Software QA Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Performing manual testing across web and mobile applications
Executing functional, regression, UAT, API, and database testing
Validating business workflows and user journeys
Conducting load and stress testing to ensure performance stability
Performing basic security testing aligned with OWASP standards
Collaborating with developers to identify, log, and resolve defects
Supporting release sign-offs and production readiness
Ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout SDLC
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
🔹 Core QA & Manual Testing Skills
4–5 years of hands-on Manual QA experience
Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
Excellent test case design, execution, and reporting skills
🔹 Technical Testing Skills
API Testing: Postman
Database Testing: SQL queries and data validation
Performance Testing: JMeter or similar tools
Security Testing: Basic OWASP knowledge
🔹 Nice to Have (Value Add)
Exposure to Automation Testing tools such as:
Selenium
Cypress
Playwright
